The staff was wonderfully welcoming and the room was elegant yet cozy. Room service and the bar were great. The hotel is centrally located near nice restaurants and within walking distance of downtown. The corner suite was clean and well-appointed, with high-end bath products and a selection of Le Labo bath products. The staff focused on personalizing my experience, making my stay enjoyable.

The hotel's location in Yorkville is perfect, with easy access to all the shops and restaurants on Bloor St. We loved being right next to the 24-hour gym, making it convenient to work out whenever we wanted. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, from the rooms to the spa facilities. The staff went above and beyond, always holding doors with a smile and providing excellent service.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch and the hotel facilities were excellent. I particularly loved the on-premises restaurant for breakfast, which had a wide variety of delicious options. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel's location in the trendy neighbourhood of Yorkville was perfect, as it was in what I consider the absolute ideal spot in this city, especially during Tiff. Transportation was easily accessible and there was ample parking available.
