I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel hit all the right notes when it comes to the bed, shower, and storage. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was spacious with fantastic water pressure. The room was thoughtfully designed, with plenty of storage options like closets, counters, and drawers. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the theatre district, CN tower, and Rogers Centre. The staff was friendly and helpful, always with a smile and ready to assist. the ambience of the hotel was great, and I couldn't have asked for a better stay.
It's hard to think of anything negative about my experience.
However, there was some construction nearby, resulting in occasional morning and daytime noise.
The room was beautifully decorated with modern decor and was very clean.
The complimentary coffee and tea provided were of high quality.
The breakfast had a diverse array of items and included boiled eggs, different types of cheese, bread, and pastries.
The hotel staff were very helpful and polite.

The location of this hotel is amazing, just one block from King St. and all the theaters, restaurants, and public transportation. There are great restaurants in the vicinity, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Despite the construction projects on the street, the hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided is also a plus.

The staff were exceptional - kind, helpful, and efficient. The room was surprisingly large and well-designed. Great location in the south area of downtown Toronto with easy access to transportation.

The hotel had impeccable cleanliness and modern facilities. The central downtown location was perfect, providing easy access to restaurants, tourist attractions, and the lake. Despite the construction in the area, it was surprisingly quiet. The continental breakfast was satisfying and the staff was friendly and helpful.
