I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were phenomenal, showing genuine concern and attention when I got sick. They went above and beyond to help me feel better as quickly as possible. From the moment I arrived, the door attendants welcomed me with warmth and efficiency. The concierge, Max, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. The location was also convenient, being close to the Union Station area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the well-equipped gym to the large terrace with an amazing view. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. this hotel provided a luxurious and relaxing experience.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient, and the location made it easy for us to explore this city. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of traditional brunch foods. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
Absolutely nothing.
I loved the various options on the television, like Netflix and Bluetooth. The hotel's decoration and rooms were stunning. The staff was extremely nice, helpful, and professional, making our stay amazing. The location was great, downtown but quiet. The outside bar and restaurant had fabulous staff, very good food, and cocktails.
Cannot find any fault.
