We had a great experience at this hotel near the airport. The location was convenient, especially with the glass ceiling connecting us to the Marriott. The breakfast provided a good variety and catered to our special dietary needs. The staff, especially Tareq and the breakfast waitresses, were pleasant, courteous, and made our stay enjoyable.
For us, parking was an issue as we were charged for a second vehicle unexpectedly.
Additionally, the rooms were not cleaned daily.
We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Everything was spotless, from the lobby to our room. The staff were amazing, especially Gabriel at the front desk who was incredibly friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was thoroughly enjoyed and the room was very quiet, allowing us to have a great night's sleep on the comfortable bed.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, including Taylor, Vic, and Rochelle, went above and beyond to make our visit for my birthday a memorable one. They helped us arrange transportation downtown, book tours, and even surprised me with a cake, card, and champagne. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were awesome. The hotel's location was perfect for us as we were visiting family in Etobicoke. We also appreciated that there was plenty of green space behind the hotel for our dog's walks. The staff were super friendly, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The modern design in the lobby was really appealing and created a welcoming atmosphere. The coffee bar was attractive and offered a great variety of beverages. The rooms were spacious and very clean, providing a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, as we had a rental car and could easily reach nearby attractions and the city center within 5-10 minutes. The hotel had excellent facilities, including parking and transportation options. The breakfast, although it had an extra cost, offered a good selection of options. our experience at this hotel was superb in all areas.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly clean, with beds that made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the easy check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. The location was incredibly convenient, being right by the airport and close to the highway. The staff, particularly Krystal, were wonderful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
